Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel within 24 hrs of your booked appointment. Booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable. ONLY ONE reschedule is allowed per appointment. You must CANCEL 24hrs prior to appointment, if not you will be charged 30% of the service booked.
(LATE POLICY) If you are 5 minutes late you may have a shorter service. If you are 15 minutes late that will be considered a "no-show" and you will have to reschedule. There are NO REFUNDS on services rendered.
